WOO HOO!!!!!!!!!

Im sooooo proud of this little girl, why you ask.....
because she went potty in the toilet!!!!!! We haven't worked much on the whole potty training thing but the other day I tried putting her in panties and she didn't do so well. She was very, VERY sad and disappointed when she had an accident in them. I told her we can put a diaper back on a try again another day. It broke my heart that she was so sad about peeing her princess panties. SO since the day of her accident she has been telling me when she pees in her diaper, like all of a sudden she is aware of when she goes. I thought that I wouldn't push the issue too much, but when I was getting her in the bath tonight she took off her "dry" diaper and said "Mommy, I need to go pee in the toilet". I was SO excited and I put her on the toilet and SHE WENT! I seriously screamed WOO HOO and did a little dance. I think I was more excited than she was. Her face was priceless when she realized what she had done. She was so proud of herself and she looked at me and said "I can do it now". Oh how I love this precious girl. I am one very proud mommy tonight, and VERY happy at the thought of only having one child in diapers after Jace is born. :)

Soccer

Ok here goes "trying" to catch up. These next few blog posts are going to be pretty random and not really in order cuz I'm just trying to get everything on here at least from the Summer. One of the big things that happened this Summer is that B started playing soccer. He absolutely loves it! They (the kids) couldn't agree on a name for the team so they are called the Lazer Warriors. Half of them wanted the Lazers and the other half wanted the Warriors. I Rey and I really enjoy going to his practices twice a week and watching him improve. He was so worried that he wasn't going to be "good" enough to play because he has never played before. He is constantly comparing himself to the kids on the team that have experience in playing. We're trying to teach him patience with it, to try his hardest, and just enjoy playing the game. He is definitely like his daddy in the fact that he likes to be the best in everything that he does and wants to learn things quickly, which is a very good characteristic but sometimes can be challenging when trying to explain to a 6 yr old that it will take practice and patience before he can play the way "he" imagines himself playing. I love the way he looks in his jersey....hes so cute. Here are a few pics from his very first game.

We're Back!

Hey friends and fam...we are back to the blogging life. Its been a long while since I updated our blog, but I want to get back into the habit of updating it regularly. I miss it, even if nobody reads it, I have it as a journal for our family. I was looking back at my old (really old) posts and I'm grateful that I have those things written down to look back on. SO...please feel free to stop by and check up on us. I will be adding some new photos tonight when the kids all go to bed and I actually have some free time. Well they might be photos that you have seen on facebook already but I gotta add them to our blog, so sorry if my next few posts are kinda boring but I got to do some updating. :)
