Our 4th of July

We had a wonderful 4th of July, the only thing that could have made it perfect was if Rey could have been there. He had to work that day. We spent the day with my parents and went swimming at my brother Jeff's house. After that we had a BBQ at my parents and then did some fireworks. It was a very fun and relaxing day!
This was before the day even started. This girl always has to sleep with her blanket in her mouth.

I snapped this shot because I wanted Rey to be able to see what Emree's face looks like when he talkes to her on the phone. She loves talking to her Daddy!

My dad helping the boys with their sparklers.

They were amazed by the big fireworks.

Oh we love these kids SO much!!

Beach, Pink Eye, B's tooth, Splash Zone and just some dang cute pics

I'm not gonna say it this time....ok, I am....I'm playing catch up once again. I feel like, no wait, I do say that every time I post something on our blog. Alright here it goes...the first few pics are from when we went to the beach with Rey's family, like a month ago. Unfortunately Rey was working, so it was just me with the kiddos. Then Emree got pink eye. Ugh, that was horrible, I felt so bad for her. It actually got to the point that she couldn't even open her eyes. I have never had a kid get pink eye, so it was kinda freaky for me to get her out of bed one morning to see her with her eyes swollen shut and green and yellow stuff coming out of them. Now moving on....Braxton woke up one morning and he ran into our room saying that he had a loose tooth. I was like WHAT??? No, I do not have a kid old enough to be losing a tooth. Oh, it made me so sad. Sorry, but I'm going to have a total mom moment right now, but I was thinking oh my gosh this was like the very first tooth my first little boy ever had and I thought about how excited I was to see that first tooth come through and now he's loosing it. My little Braxton is just growing up so fast I cant believe he is going to be 6 in a few months. Crazy! So his tooth ended up falling out while he was brushing his teeth. No blood, no drama with pulling it out or anything, and I was really happy for that. I couldn't believe how tiny it was, ah, so cute. Ok on to the next thing. We went today, with my mom, to the Splash Zone once again and I snapped a few pics of the kids there and riding home in the car. They were being so sweet with each other in the car. We had a blast! Last but not least are just a few random pics of the kids and of Rey with his little princess. Emree was being just so adorable with Rey one night, she certainly loves her Daddy. I love these pics because they really show off her personality. She truly is the happiest, attention-loving little girl ever!

I think this picture looks funny...It looks like Gavin is on Braxton's head.

Ryan (Rey's bro) buried the kids in the sand and made them each whatever they asked for. Clarke was a spider and Hudsen a mermaid and Gav wanted to be a transformer, but I didn't get the finished shot.

Eating cake at my brother Scott's house.

Even though she had pink eye, she was still trying to be happy.

Love those chubby legs and arms, sometimes I just have to bite on them.

Cute boy!

Oh I love these boys. They really are best buds.

They posed like this on their own and asked me to take another picture.

Do you like Emree's messy face? You would never guess by the pics that they were exhausted.

Ok Emmers just has some crazy curly hair, and even though I do it all cute in the morning...by the end of the day this is what it looks like.

This is absolutely our favorite pic of this girl. This shows off her fun personality that she always has. She does this face all the time when she is playing around. We love it!

Busy Having Fun

Ok, so I am horrible at keeping up with my blog lately. We have been SO super busy these last couple of weeks, but I do have to say it has all been fun. First off we took a family vacation to San Diego and did the whole Sea World thing, which was a total blast! We stayed in this really nice hotel called Humphrey's Half Moon Inn and Suites (it was on Shelter Island). We totally recommend it, it is a great hotel if you're bringing the whole fam. Very kid friendly. So we went to Sea World two days in a row because we loved it so much. They have really changed it from the last time I went as a kid. There is just so much to do there. After a few days in San Diego we headed up to Las Vegas to visit with Rey's family, and for his little sister's baby shower. That was WAY fun. Unfortunately I couldn't find my camera while we were in LV so I don't have any pics of that. Then we came home after a few days there and then I had my cousin Ginny and her 2 kids come down from Utah to visit. I'm really close with her and dont get to see her all that often, so that was a treat. We went to the beach, shopping, more shopping, went swimming...basically just did something fun every day that she was here. SO, we are all very exhausted now, and of course my kids after everything had to get sick, but I'm just thankful that none of them got sick during all the fun outings.

First day at Sea World

Braxton going on the first ride...he was so excited.

Gavin with Daddy on the Elmo ride,

Emree trying to wait patiently while her brothers went on rides.

Starting to get fussy...

Gavin looking at Shamu before the show.

B giving a tough guy face with his new sword.

Looking at the Polar Bears. Or as Gav would say "Pony Bears".

Daddy at holding Emree at the last show we went too. Oh, such a long day.

Braxton's favorite thing about Sea World was getting wet. He went on this one ride that you get soaked on like 3 times. All of us also got drenched by the dolphins and the dolphin show.

Gav just being cute.

They even had a little play place for babies. It was awesome to sit and let Emree out of the stroller for a while and play. She loved it.

Gavin and Hadley playing.

In our backyard playing in the Emree's little pool we got her.

I love how the boys all had to be touching Emree in this picture. So Sweet.

Cute kids

This little girl just loves to have water splash up into her face.
